F.A.Q

Question: I have never left my dog at a boarding facility before how can I help it adapt to boarding.
Answer: Most dogs benefit from staying with us one day, a week or two before your trip. This will help your dog understand that you might leave it, but you will always be back to pick it up.

Question: What if my dog does not want to eat like it does at home.
Answer: If your dog is a finicky eater it is best not to feed it the day that you plan to bring it in. This way it is slightly hungry and is more likely to enjoy eating with the rest of the dogs then if it comes with an already full stomach. If it still refuses to eat, we have many techniques to help motivate eating. If everything fails, we will contact you or your vet for advice

Question: Can I bring my dogs own bedding
Answer: Yes although please bring simple bedding such as towels or a bed with a cover that we can wash.
