are not smaller than the size of a tennis ball for any pet.

yard?
Answer: Yes just tell us how your dog likes to play and we

Answer: If your dog is not acting normal in anyway we will
first try to contact you to inform you and seek your advice, if we can
not contact you we will try the contact number that you gave us and ask
them to come pick up your pet to take it to your vet. If no one is
available, we will contact your vet and ask their advice, if your vet’s
office is closed and we feel your pet requires immediate attention we
will take you pet to the emergency clinic.
Question: My pet needs daily
shots, can you give these shots?
Answer: Yes
Question: I have never left my
dog at a boarding facility before how can I help it adapt to boarding.
Answer: Most dogs benefit from staying with us one day, a
week or two before your trip. This will help your dog understand that
you might leave it, but you will always be back to pick it up.
Question: What if my dog does not want to eat like it does
at home.
Answer: If your dog is a finicky eater it is best not to
feed it the day that you plan to bring it in. This way it is slightly
hungry and is more likely to enjoy eating with the rest of the dogs then
if it comes with an already full stomach. If it still refuses to eat, we
have many techniques to help motivate eating. If everything fails, we
will contact you or your vet for advice
Question: Can I bring my dogs own bedding
Answer: Yes although please bring simple bedding such as
towels or a bed with a cover that we can wash.
Question: Are dogs permitted to
run together during boarding?
Answer: No, dogs can visit with their neighbors through
the fence but dogs cannot go out to the play yards together unless they
are family.
Question: Why is day care good
for my pet?
Answer: Some dogs get lonely when left at home and bark or
cry. The Inglis Pet Hotel provides a safe environment that will help
your dog pass the hours in the day with the constant activity that we
have. Your pet will be relaxed and exercised at the end of the day.
Question: Is what you feed at
the Pet Hotel as good for my dog as my premium?
Answer: We feed Abady brand dog food, it is the best
species appropriate ration for companion carnivores (dogs and cats).
Equally important is the fact that the Abady Company excludes the
ingredients that are commonly used in most other products that are
dangerous to the carnivore, and that result in the break down of your
pet’s health. Abady dog foods are in a category far above average
“premium” diets for dogs.
Question: What age can a dog begin boarding?
Answer: 8 weeks
Question: How long can I board
my dog?
Answer: It depends on the dog and how it handles boarding.
Normally one month is the longest we like to accommodate a pet although
we have successfully boarded pets for as long as six months when it was
necessary.
Question: Can my dogs stay
together?
Answer: If your dogs are the size of a normal cocker
spaniel or smaller two dogs can stay together in one run. However, the
Pet Suite permits up to three dogs the size of a cocker spaniel or
smaller.
Question: Can I have my dog picked up or have it delivered
to my home?
Answer: Yes we provide a pet transportation service for an
additional fee. Please inform us of your needs when you make your
