1. You must provide at least two local phone numbers in the event of an emergency.


2. If your dog has been known to escape, or has tired to escape from home for any reason PLEASE LET US KNOW so that special precautions can be taken.


3. Injuries that occur do to pets behavior during boarding will not be the financial responsibility of the Inglis pet hotel.


4. Pets that become aggressive toward other animals or employees while boarding will require we contact your local emergency number for your pet to be picked up.

5. If your pet becomes ill, or the state of the animal’s health requires medical attention, the Inglis pet hotel in its sole discretion may engage the services of a veterinarian or administer medicine prescribed by said veterinarian. The expenses their of shall be paid in full by the owner.


6. It is recommended that customers do not bring bedding or toys of great personal value or monetary value as the Inglis pet hotel will not be responsible for loss or damage to those items. Bedding and toys must have first and last name written on them.

Boarding Policies

7. New clients are required to pay in advance for their first three visits. All customers whose pets are boarding for one month or longer must pay the full amount of board at the time of check in.

 

8. All special diets must be packaged in INDIVIDUAL zip lock bags. Please provide one bag for each feeding with the date and name of the dog on the bag.


9. If any pet is excessively barking while boarding the Pet Hotel staff will inform the owner and the owner must provide a bark collar on all return visits.


10. A Credit card number is required for pets over the age of ten years. Use of the credit card is limited to your pet requiring medical attention. The pet owner if desired for limited care may issue a spending limit.


11. Owner agrees to pay the Inglis Pet Hotel in full for all costs and charges occurred for special services requested.


12. It is at the sole discretion of the Inglis Pet Hotel to accept animals for boarding for any reason. Further more we reserve the right to refuse service to any client.
